We enter a double height space that serves as a living and dining room, has large windows and access to a terrace with barbecue.  It also has a guest toilet. The attic consists of a huge suite with fitted closets, secret access to the kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and 2 separate sinks, sauna and access to a private terrace.

The kitchen is of large dimensions with space for a dining table. It also has a second suite with bathroom and shower, with fitted closets. We also have a very practical storage room that gives us access to the third terrace.

It is located in a quiet building and has no neighbors since the house occupies the entire floor. It is located a few meters from the Sagrada Familia, very well connected by bus and metro, it is also easy access to the ring roads and the exit of the city by Gran Via, as well as to reach the beach or Paseo de Gracia which is only 5 minutes by car.
