This comfortable and bright south-facing house is located in a very quiet area just 5 minutes walk from all the services offered by the center of the village of Cabrils. 

It has a large covered parking space to park two cars. Upon entering we find the entrance hall and then the living room designed on two levels, from the main part we can enter the kitchen with a very elegant design, with high-end appliances, taking care of every detail. In addition, the kitchen has an annex that serves as a pantry and laundry.

In the lower part of the living room there are large windows through which light and warmth enter, forming a unique atmosphere. From the living room we can see the luxurious blue pool that invites you to go out and relax on the comfortable lounges on natural wood floors. The village center offers a wide range of services and restaurants with its rich gastronomic offer. In addition, the area offers water sports activities, golf courses and international schools.
